02 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with sbetvip, you must provide accurate and truthful information. We reserve the right to cancel any account registered with false or incorrect details and forfeit all deposited funds.

Registration Terms

• Each individual only One account can be opened. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be active and belong to you.
• After creating your account, a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested to complete the verification process.
• Withdrawal limits will apply until verification is complete.

03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Rules

Welcome Bonus

• To receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, a minimum ৳1,000 must be deposited.
• To withdraw your bonus balance, 15x the total bonus amount must be wagered.
• You will have 30 days to complete the wagering requirements.
• Each account is eligible for the Welcome Bonus one time only.

General Bonus Rules

• Winnings from bonus bets must meet the wagering requirement before being transferred to your cash balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Any misuse of bonuses or fraudulent activity will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Sbetvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

05 Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other game wagers placed on sbetvip.

• The maximum bet amount per user on any single event must remain within the specified limit, which varies by game and market.
• Sbetvip reserves the right to void any recorded bet due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or other illegal activities will be automatically voided.
• Due to network latency in live betting, some bets may not be accepted.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Any abnormal winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or glitches in the gaming software will be voided.

06 Prohibited Activities

07 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Sbetvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. That said, such action is typically taken under the following circumstances.

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering.
• By order of a court or government authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, the withdrawal will be processed once verification is complete.

08 Liability Limits

Sbetvip strives to operate its services to the highest standard. However, sbetvip will not be held responsible in the following circumstances.

• Losses due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.

Our maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the actual balance held in the user's account.
